We are not responsible for lost packages or the time it takes once the package is shipped.   If you need a refund for a lost package you will need to contact your post office and open a claim.

Q: Is this an official brand crossover item? 

A: No. We use brand-new, authentic Victoria's Secret underwear, which we hand-customize in-house with custom parody/novelty text and vinyl designs.

Q: How does the vinyl handle washing? 

A: Our vinyl is commercial-grade and designed for longevity. Hand wash cold inside out and lay flat to dry or line dry. Do not iron directly over the lettering.
