We are not responsible for lost packages or the time it takes once the package is shipped.   If you need a refund for a lost package you will need to contact your post office and open a claim.

Do not place it in the washing machine, hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Keep in mind that if the water is too warm, the elastics in your panties will break down and your panties will shrink. Luckily, cooler water can ‘shock’ elasticized panties closer to their original shape. 

Always use a mild detergent or a specially designed lingerie wash to clean your personalized panty collection. Never use a washing machine detergent, Woolite, or any product containing bleach as these will be too harsh on your panties and can deteriorate the elastic and the personalization. Rinse your panties well in cool water until the water runs clear. 

DRYING
Avoid the temptation to twist your personalized panty to wring them out, instead finish by gently drying them inside a soft towel. Lay your panty flat on a towel and then lay another towel over the first one and press to remove any excess water. Afterwards, let your panty lay flat against the towel to dry. Throwing your panties in the dryer is a big NO-NO, it may save time but your personalized panties will come out looking less than perfect and your letters could lift.

Please treat it with care while wearing it. Avoid spas, pools and tanning oils as this will stretch elastic in some of our panties or remove the personalization. All personalized panties should be treated as delicately as you would jewelry. 

WASHING MACHINE
The Last Resort Ideally, you would always hand-wash your personalized panty collection, but let’s be honest- sometimes there’s simply no time (We know ladies have busy schedules between juggling jobs, saving the world and looking fabulous, so hand-washing your personalized panty collection may require more time than you can spare). When using the washing machine, remember to always place your personalized panties in a mesh bag, with like colors, to ensure your panties won’t snag and tear. Always use gentle detergent in cool water on the delicate cycle. If you machine-wash your personalized panties, do not put them in the dryer afterwards. Please follow the drying steps listed above. 

All personalized panties are tested to ensure all letters are securely attached prior to being packaged and shipped. If for some reason a letter has been lifted while in your possession you can turn the panty inside out, place a t-shirt over the panty and iron over that area.

A: We use premium blue Victoria's Secret stretch cheeky bottoms as our base apparel. They offer soft, flexible coverage designed for all-day comfort and an easy fit.

Q: How does the sizing run?

A: Sizing follows standard Victoria's Secret sizing guidelines. The soft waistband and stretch fabric provide a comfortable, body-conforming fit that runs true to size.

Q: Will the custom lettering peel or crack in the wash?

A: No. We apply high-durability, commercial-grade matte vinyl using a professional heat-press process. With proper laundering, the design remains crisp and smooth over time.

Q: How should I care for my custom game day bottoms?

A: To keep your apparel looking its best:

• Hand wash cold inside out.

• Hang or lay flat to dry (avoid high-heat machine drying).

• Do not bleach or iron directly over the custom lettering.

A: Because each item is handcrafted to order, processing typically takes 1–3 business days before shipping out via USPS. Tracking details are sent automatically as soon as your package is on its way.
